The American Mobility Services in-house staff of trained and experienced mobility scooter clinicians and customer service team are available to ensure you are purchasing or renting the right mobility scooter for your specific needs. All the Pride Mobility products we recommend are backed by our commitment and dedication to excellent customer service.
Every product purchased from our showroom comes with assembly and inspection, fitting, training, as well as the option for follow-up service and repair. Every product purchased on our website for delivery includes phone consulting and advice regarding fitting, training, and maintenance. And every product carries the Pride Mobility Products Guarantee.
Repairs and Maintenance
American Mobility Services offers in-home and on-site repair, maintenance and service of all Pride Mobility power chairs and mobility scooters within our prescribed service area*. We are an authorized and licensed repair company for all Pride Mobility makes and models including Jazzy Power Chairs and Go-Go Scooters. We accept Medicare, private insurance, credit cards, and monthly finance options for all Pride power wheelchairs and scooter repairs.
*Prescribed in-home service area includes business and residential addresses within 50 miles of our Springfield, MA headquarters. We will service outside this area for an additional cost to be determined by your exact location. Call for details.
